Six week journey
Six week group
10am till 12pm - Friday & Saturday sessions
Equine assisted therapy offers something unique: a chance to learn about yourself through connection, presence and relationship with horses. Horses don't judge or expect anything from you — they simply respond to how you show up in the moment, making them powerful partners for emotional awareness, confidence and nervous system regulation.

Your Six-Week Journey
1 Meet the Herd
Settle into the space, meet the horses, and get comfortable with the group. You'll learn how horses communicate and begin noticing how you feel in their presence.

2 Regulation & Grounding
Practice simple breathing and grounding techniques while being with the horses. Feel how their calm energy helps settle your nervous system and bring you into the moment.

4 Understanding Boundaries
Explore what healthy boundaries feel like in your body. Practice expressing your boundaries clearly and respectfully with the horses.

3 Clear & Kind Communication
Learn how to communicate assertively without force. Horses help you practice being congruent — matching your internal feelings with your external actions.

5 Safe Connection & Trust
Build a deeper relationship with the horses. Notice what safety, trust, and connection feel like for you.

6 Integration & Reflection
Bring everything together. Reflect on your journey and explore how to use these skills — regulation, boundaries, communication, and connection — in your everyday life.
